You must be 21 years of age or older and physically located in the Philippines to use 50jl. Creating an account with false age information is a serious violation and will result in immediate suspension.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All bonuses offered by 50jl are subject to wagering requirements. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering conditions are met. Abuse of promotional offers will result in forfeiture and possible account closure.

2.1 By accessing the 50jl Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 50jl. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2.3 These Terms should be read together with the 50jl Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the 50jl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is operated for and directed at players in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform or entering into these Terms.
3.4 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform:
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account with 50jl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. 50jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, address, and Philippine mobile number. You are required to notify 50jl of any changes to this information promptly.
4.3 Verification. 50jl is required to verify the identity and age of all Players in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 50jl for verification purposes, including government-issued identification (UMID, driver's license, passport, or PhilSys ID).
4.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 50jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.5 Account Suspension. 50jl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where the account holder violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in any conduct that 50jl deems harmful to the Platform or other players.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 50jl currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All accepted methods are listed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.
5.2 Currency. All deposits and account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are set out in the Cashier section.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited. 50jl will not process any deposit it reasonably believes may be linked to money laundering or other illegal activity.
5.5 Deposit Fees. 50jl does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own charges, which are outside 50jl's control.
6.1 Withdrawal Conditions. You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your account balance at any time, subject to identity verification being complete and no pending investigations on your account.
6.2 Verification Requirement. 50jl reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal being held pending satisfactory verification.
6.3 Processing Times. 50jl aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business hours depending on the receiving bank. These are target times and are not guaranteed.
6.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. 50jl may, at its discretion, process a withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method.
6.5 Bonus-Related Restrictions. Funds derived from a bonus may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
6.6 Suspicious Activity. 50jl reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. Players will be notified in such cases.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by 50jl are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and other conditions that will be stated in the relevant promotion details. These Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any specific promotion terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Contributions toward wagering requirements may vary by game type. Live casino bets may contribute at a different rate than slot bets, as specified in the promotion details.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. 50jl reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account of any Player who is found to be abusing the bonus system. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed solely to extract bonus value, and coordinated bonus abuse with other players.
7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonuses not wagered or used before the stated expiry will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.
7.6 Changes to Promotions. 50jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts, except where abuse is suspected.
8.1 Placing Bets. All bets placed on 50jl are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. 50jl will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of user error, except where a clear and demonstrable system error has occurred.
8.2 Insufficient Funds. Bets will not be accepted if your account balance is insufficient to cover the wager amount.
8.3 System Errors. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game, 50jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. 50jl will not honor payouts derived from a demonstrable error in game software or odds calculations.
8.4 Game Rules. Specific rules applying to individual games — including minimum and maximum bet limits, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and game mechanics — are available within each game interface and the Help section of the Platform.
8.5 Integrity of Play. 50jl uses certified and independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure the fairness and integrity of all games. The results of all certified RNG games are genuine and cannot be manipulated by 50jl or players.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 50jl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

11.1 All content on the 50jl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the property of 50jl or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 50jl.
11.3 Any unauthorized use of Platform content may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
12.1 Platform Availability. 50jl aims to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond 50jl's control.
12.2 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 50jl makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
12.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 50jl's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. In no event shall 50jl be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
12.5 Internet and Device Issues. 50jl is not responsible for connectivity interruptions, device failures, or network issues outside its control that affect your ability to place bets or access games.
13.1 50jl collects, uses, and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 50jl.win/privacy-policy.
13.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data required for identity verification, financial transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of customer support.
13.3 50jl complies with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
14.1 50jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case it may take effect immediately.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform. Account closure instructions are available through the 50jl Live Chat support team.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 50jl's support team to seek an amicable resolution. 50jl will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
15.3 PAGCOR Complaints. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through 50jl's internal support process, Players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels.
15.4 Jurisdiction. For any disputes not resolved through the above processes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
